So  . . . what is Alchemy?

Alchemy is about transformation

Many people think of alchemy as the mythology of turning lead into gold.  Or turning trash into treasure.

Alchemy is the process of transforming metaphorical, or actual, trash (the toxins, thoughts and trauma that can eventually lead to a disease diagnosis) into the gold of Vibrant Living.

Alchemy is the desire and ability to transform adversity into wisdom with your alchemical skills and habits.

The treasure, your inner gold, is Vibrant Living

Well-being Stewardship isn't magic. It's a practice.

The outcome - result of practice and cultivating Alchemical skills by applying all the fresh decision-making methods you're provided - is Vibrant Living.

The processes, decision-making tools and practices of Well-being Stewardship are an alchemical recipe - a roadmap - to Vibrant Living.

Everything we’ve created is based on thousands of years of science from the Green Stewardship Zone medical sciences (Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Homeopathy, Naturopathy) PLUS current neuroscience and quantum physics.

Those medical systems are founded on the principle that releasing blockages, stagnation, trauma, toxins and thoughts not in alignment with connection and well-being is what brings about wholeness, healing and Vibrant Living. The opposite approach of Red Reductionist Zone medicine (pathogenesis).

We pulled all that information into tools and practices you can follow. Until the Free Couse is ready in 2020, you can get tips now in the blog.

What you can have in common with ancient Alchemists

Here are some traits of Alchemists over the centuries, and your opportunities to follow in their footsteps:

  • Alchemists made intricate notes and diagrams to codify their techniques and results. . . .

Opportunity: A good reason to make journaling a practice.

  • Alchemists had inquisitive minds. They exhibited a willingness to experiment and explore multiple disciplines in the hops of illuminating nature’s intricacies. . . .

Opportunity: In the context of Well-being Stewardship, that translates into exploring the Green Stewardship Zone medical sciences - the sciences grounded in nature, and adding medicinary tools from other zones to create your own evolving recipe for Vibrant Living).

  • Alchemists observed laboratory phenomenon, racking his (yes, Alchemists were primarily men) brains to figure out what was going on below the surface.

Opportunity: Embrace evolving your sensitivities to pay attention to subtle shifts in how you feel, in the world around you, and in the relationship between those two things.

First steps:

1) Expand habitual concepts of health and medicine, discover the 7 Zones of Well-being Stewardship.

2) Explore what Alchemy means to you.  What would it be like to be the Alchemist of your life.

About the image . . . spread your wings and fly

Alchemy 2 butterfly 300.jpg

The butterfly is a symbol of death and rebirth.  Beauty and expansion arise from apparent death - from release.

Ancient Greeks, Celts and Chinese all believed butterflies were souls flying around between incarnations.  In Mexico, the obsidian butterfly was called the Source of All Life.

Chaos theory says that a butterfly flapping it's wings on one side of the planet can cause a tornado on the other side of the planet.  This is the power of subtle energy.

One person - your actions and state of being - can have a profound impact on your family, your community, your workplace and the world as a whole.  Let the butterfly be your guide to "be the change" Gandhi spoke of.  To be of service to transform the world, the first step is to become your butterfly.
