5 ways to prepare for your Well-being Stewardship journey
Now that you've decided Well-being Stewardship is for you, it's natural to say "now what?" Here's a list of ways you can prepare for your Free e-course and the future release of book chapters.
Grab a journal and maybe some colored pencils
Old fashioned paper and writing utensils. Writing by hand connects your inner being with your brain. You engage with the information flow from your inner self in a very different way than typing on a keyboard.
1. Explore gardens
- Talk with gardeners
- Observe the care taken to assure the plants have optimal soil for growth.
- Learn about the attention given to plant certain plants in specific areas, with specific neighboring plants to assure optimal growth .
- Discover a few things about "early warning signs" that plants aren't in their optimal zones.
- Maybe you'll be inspired to start an herb garden.
2. Discover the Green Stewardship Zone medical sciences
- Explore the 7 Zones of Well-being Stewardship.
- Talk with friends who use Homeopathy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda or Naturopathy.
- Find a few practitioners and sign up for their newsletters to become familiar with various medical sciences.
- If you're unsure of resources and have access to a yoga studio close by, go to a few classes, meet some people and ask for their recommendations. Most yogis use at least some Green Stewardship Zone medicinary tools.
3. Identify your current worldview
- Use the 7 Zones of Well-being Stewardship to identify the zone that most reflects your current worldview.
- Ask yourself to what degree does your worldview align with your medical choices at this point in time.
- Contemplate the connection between worldview and choices in medicinary tools.
- Consider how worldview influences beliefs and habits. Do you see a connection between your worldview and how you interpret and interact with the world around you?
- Look at the contents of your medicine cabinet or first aid kit and group those items by zone. What do you learn from this?
4. Explore the nature of Vibrant Living
- Look at the characteristics of Vibrant Living and ponder what life would be like living the experience of Vibrant Living.
- Explore current measures or qualities of wellness and well-being and compare to the qualities of Vibrant Living. Which do you prefer?
- Make a list of attributes or qualities of well-being and Vibrant Living that are currently meaningful to you. Set an intention to take steps to live in harmony to live a life filled with those qualities.

- Know that having a supportive group of people leads to greater results because you have now created group energy focused on Vibrant Living for all.
